The Business of Being Born | A documentary about home birth

My wife and I just watched this documentary this week and
both appreciated it. It addresses the hospital's approach to
birthing. The statistics presented in the is documentary are
shocking. What's being done is not what's best for the mother or
the baby. The United States currently has the 2nd highest infant mortality rate among developed nations. Home birth is an excellent alternative that most people are unnecessarily afraid of.

Negatives | The ending was a bit disappointing. It did not explain what a breached baby was, and why it required a hospital C-section.
There was some unnecessary swearing.

Overall | A much needed, truthful documentary on the subject

Notes: The film does contain real-life birthing experiences, which by default,
show nudity. Some people may not be comfortable with this.
